Refund Policy/Damaged/Quality Issues
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.
If an item is lost by the post office, damaged due to delivery, missing or incorrect, I will do my best to send a replacement! Although speedy replacement cannot be guaranteed as it does take time for supplies to be restocked and shipped out! Please send a photo of your damaged item and your order number via my email address: Kriskokoon@gmail.com
Take note that if the mistake is on the customer's end, you will have to reorder the product! I have no control over the shipped items once it leaves the post office!
Donations and Tips Cancellation Policy
Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, I cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.

✿ WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP TO ME?
Pre-ordered items usually take 1-2 months for it to be produced in the factory!
But once it's shipped, most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
Since I pack and ship out orders entirely myself, please be patient as I fulfill the orders! Thank you for understanding!~

✿ I ORDERED STICKERS, BUT THERE IS NO TRACKING NUMBER?
To make shipping more affordable, orders with only sticker purchases are sent out via stamp and envelope. Sticker shipping does not have tracking. Please allow 2-4 weeks for US orders and 6-8+ weeks for international orders after it has shipped.

✿ ITEM(S) I'VE ORDERED IS MISSING
Please do email me if you are missing a part of your order, and I will send it out to you ASAP! There is a very small but rare chance that I will make a mistake as I pack the orders myself.
Note: If customer inputs their address incorrectly and the package gets lost, the customer may need to pay additional shipping for a replacement (if product is still in stock.)

✿ DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
I do! Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on the order weight. Any extra duties & customs are the customer's responsibility to pay.

✿ VAT TAXES/CUSTOM FEES

Depending on the country, the fees may vary so please know that you may be charged a VAT tax on your order when it reaches customs. I will not be collecting VAT taxes and will not be responsible for them. Any taxes/fees/charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product cost or shipping fee. If you don't want to pay the tax, your order will be returned back to me.
PRODUCTS/ PACKAGING
❀ WILL YOU BE RESTOCKING THIS PRODUCT?
For my bigger items, like plushies, they are limited bulk runs that I don't re-order! Consider adopting one before they go away~
If any stickers or small prints sell out, I'll most likely re-stock particular ones that seem to be of growing popular interest!

❀ CAN I RECYCLE YOUR PACKAGING?
Surely! The poly mailers I use for bigger items, are 100% Biodegradable! My glassine paper bags and Kraft envelopes I package stickers in are eco-friendly as well!

❀ WHAT DO 'B-GRADE' AND 'C-GRADE' MEAN ON SOME PRODUCTS?
Sometimes when manufacturing a product, few may come back with flaws whether it's from a mistake or from shipping damages. Chances are these products still work fine and would be a shame to see them thrown away so I sell them at a discounted price. The order of the grades go from A (top quality), B (small imperfections), to C (bigger imperfections).
PREORDERS
✿ WHAT IS A PREORDER?
A preorder is an order that is sold before the item is available. It's also a good way to see how many people want them to gauge how many to order!
✿ WHEN WILL I GET MY PREORDERS?
Depending on the items, it should take a few weeks to a few months to manufacture and get to me! The estimated time on each preorder does not include sorting, packing, and shipping time. Please expect to wait 1-2 months to receive your preorder.
✿ WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR PREORDERS?
Unfortunately, I won't be able to offer cancellations of preorders, so please be sure of this commitment before making it! If you're unsure and can wait three months, you also have the option to purchase it again when I have the actual products.
Customers are responsible for providing the right address. Please contact within 24 hours of order for address change. I am unable to redirect a shipment once it is dispatched.
